Very fine weather for this time of the year, but we will get our pay later.  Look out!

Monday was very fine day, but the little snow we had has disappeared so go wheeling it now boys.

A surprise party was given at C.E. Reed’s home Monday evening.  It being Mr. Reed’s birthday a very large crowd assembled and games of Schafskopf and music of all kinds furnished entertainment for the evening.  All departed at midnight wishing Mr. Reed many more of such birthdays.

Fred Bartel and family of Edgar are visiting around these corners at present.

A large crowd of neighbors gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Wilson Friday evening at Schafskopf.  They all had an elegant time.  Mr. and Mrs. Wilson are a very entertaining couple whenever they are at home or elsewhere.

C.E. Reed, our cheese maker, is receiving some 5,500 lbs. of mile now every other day.

Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Reindel spent Sunday afternoon with Dan Gluch and family.

G.A. Wilson and F.D. Potter are visiting in Sheboygan County this week, looking for Holstein cattle, A No. 1 only.  They say the scrubs others can have.  Right you are brothers.

Dr. Ross of Granton was called in our vicinity on professional business Monday.

David Lindner of Loyal is visiting with W.K. Graves for a few days.

Mrs. G.A. Wilson and Mrs. C.E. Reed were Neillsville Callers last Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Mackon of York Center visited with Mr. and Mrs. W.K. Graves Sunday afternoon.
