York Native Griffith dies on October 18.
Morris "Mollie" Griffith Davis, a Town of York native, died at his Chicago home on Monday, October 18. The deceased was born on August 5, 1914. He was 68 at the time of his death.
Davis lived in Chicago for the past 35 years.
Surviving him are five nieces and nephews, including Shirley Kessler, Harris Schoengarth and Gayle Schoengarth of Neillsville.
Preceding him in death were his parents, John and Pleysa (Griffith) Davis; a sister, Rhoda Schoengarth, and a brother William Davis.
