Hart, Mr. and Mrs. Harry (Golden - 1963)

The Golden Wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hart was celebrated with an open house in their home Sunday.  Their two children, Mrs. Angus Flood and Harold Hart, both of Humbird, were with them for this special day.

The home was decorated with colors in gold on the table and golden daffodils around the room. A tiered cake was made by Mrs. Hart, who cut the first piece.  It was then taken in charge by Mrs. Kenneth Hart, their grandson’s wife.  Mrs. William Spring served coffee.  Wedding cake, assorted cakes, ice cream and coffee were served throughout the afternoon to the many friends and relatives who called.

Mrs. Jean Held had charge of the guest book. Those from out-of-town present were: Mr. and Mrs. William Spring, Monticello; Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Reider, Rockford, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Jake Blum, Janesville; Mrs. Alice Lambert, Elkhart, Ind.; Emma Keeler, Beloit; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Zurfluh, Albany; Mrs. Ivis Walsh, South Bend, Ind.; Mr. and Mrs. Herb Held and family, Menominee Falls; Mrs. Jennie Bone and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Bone and children, Evansville; Mrs. Helen Perry and John, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Segerstrom, Marathon; Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence McKivitt, Mrs. Diane Hayden and John, Merrillan; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hart and family, Mr. and Mrs. Angus Flood, Mrs. Kenneth Hart, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Bryner and John Bryner, Humbird.

Among the out-of-town friends here were: Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bollom and Mr. and Mrs. Jake S. Fitzmaurice, Neillsville; Mr. and Mrs. Raugnar Segerstrom and Arlen, Mondovi; Mr. and Mrs. James Sutton, Merrillan; Bruce Harris, Madison; Mr. and Mrs. Thane Joos and Karen, Alma Center; Mrs. Fred Hefty, Alma Center.
