Several local relatives attended funeral services in Glidden last week for John Joseph Miller, 78, who died of a heart attack at his home there April 29, 1963.  Burial was made in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Glidden.

A native of Neillsville, Mr. Miller was born May 6, 1885, and followed the trade of woodsman all his life.  He had made Glidden his home for the last 41 years.

Mr. Miller was married March 30, 1910, to Miss Clara Dux in Neillsville.  She survives, as do their three daughters: Mrs. Fred (Ruth) Klinski of Glidden, Mrs. Lawrence (Agnes) Ahrenkeil of Hayward, and Mrs. Paul (Frances) Saenger of Hayward. Also surviving are three sons, Harold and John, Jr., of Glidden and Louis of Park Falls.

Attending the services from Neillsville were Mrs. Anna Zank and Louis, Otto Dux, Paul Schultz, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dux, Mrs. Hulda Wegner and Mrs. Robert Bardeleben.
