Now at home to their friends, are Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Holnbach, Neillsville, route one. Their marriage was solemnized at 9 a.m. November 10th, in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with Father Peter Leketas officiating.

 

Before her marriage, the bride was Miss JoAnn Lezotte , daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lezotte, Neillsville, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Holnbach, Loyal.

 

Gowned in a floor length dress of embroidered nylon net over slipper satin, the bride carried a white prayer book covered with red roses and white snowflowers.

 

The fitted bodice was sleeveless with a fitted long sleeve jacket, button down front and a Peter Pan collar. The bouffant skirt and embroidered net overskirt caught up with pearl sequins, with underskirt of tiny ruffles with the net overskirt, a fingertip veil of illusion net edge with lace was attached to the cap of pearl sequins.

 

Chosen by the bride as her maid of honor was her sister, Miss Sandra Lezotte, wearing a shrimp colored net over taffeta gown. She carried a bouquet of mums.

 

The bridesmaids each carried a star-shaped bouquet made of pink roses and blue and white mums. Miss Rita Hannan, a friend of the bride wore a blue net over taffeta gown. Mrs. Donald Preising, Milwaukee, a sister of the groom, wore a blue net over taffeta gown. Mrs. Elaine Lezotte, sister-in-law of the bride wore a shrimp colored net over taffeta gown. Mrs. Henry Knoll Jr., Wisconsin Rapids, sister of the groom wore a blue net over taffeta gown. Donna Lezotte, a sister of the bride, wore a blue net over taffeta gown, while Paulette Lezotte, sister of the bride wore shrimp colored net over taffeta gown.

 

The best man was Virgil Lezotte, who is a brother of the bride. The groomsmen were Alvin Lezotte, bride’s brother, Donald Preising of Milwaukee, brother-in-law of the groom; Norbert Hoeser, a friend of the bride, Henry Knoll, Jr., Wisconsin Rapids, brother-in-law of the groom, and Leroy and Jerry Lezotte, brothers of the bride. Attendants for the groom wore white carnations while a red carnation was worn by the groom.

 

The ushers were Wilbur Lezotte, Neenah, a cousin of the bride; and Allen Montgomery of Granton, a cousin of the groom.

 

A niece of the groom, Miss Susan Knoll of Wisconsin Rapids, and Marcia Lezotte, a sister of the bride, served as the flower girls. They carried baskets of pink and white mums. A brother of the bride, Douglas Lezotte, served as page boy.

 

Breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents with dinner in St. Mary’s Church Hall. The American Legion Hall was the scene of the reception.

 

The bride is employment as a telephone operator at Neillsville, while her husband is employed by Short’s Fur Farm.

 

The bride’s mother wore a rayon crepe dress of navy blue, while the groom’s mother wore a brown two piece dress. Their corsages were of a white feathered carnations and red roses. Mrs. T. W. Peaslee, the bride’s grandmother, wore a corsage of yellow carnations and roses.

 

Guests attended from Loyal, Granton, Neillsville, Wisconsin Rapids, Milwaukee, Richland Center, Menominee Falls, Neenah, Manitowoc, Stoughton, Marshfield, Fort Atkinson and Oshkosh. Out of state guests were from Jerseyville, Illinois, St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota and Chicago, Illinois.
