A. C. Turner and wife, who have been spending the past week at Greenwood, returned home, Monday.

John Rombergerson made a business trip to Neillsville Tuesday.

Dankemyer brothers and lady friends autoed through York Center Sunday.

Geo. Mortimer and Reinhold Voigt spent Tuesday at Granton.

S. A. Adams is busy carpentering on Fay Livingston’s house these cold days.

Don’t forget the dance at Heintown hall Friday. Nov. 18.

Miss Anna Pautt is on the sick list.

Mrs. R. Free and daughter Ethel were Loyal callers Tuesday.

Reinhold Voigt and sister spent Friday at Neillsville.

Rella Rondorf will leave the coming week for Wausau where he intends to spend the winter.

Farmers are busy shredding corn this week.

Fred Heibel of Christie called on York friends Sunday.

We beg to inform that Geo. Mortimer instead of making his usual calls on Street No. 2 has transferred to Street No. 1.

Julius Voight returned Wednesday from Fall Creek, Wis., where he has been spending a few days with relatives and friends.

Dewitt Curtis built a chimney for Wm. Rowe last week.

Burt Dean left Friday for Chicago to enter the D. L. Moody School. About two weeks ago he came from Albany, Oregon, to visit with friends here.  Burt is a bright young man and is fitting himself for Christian work in the slums.
