"B J" is Bertha Wolter (Mrs. Clinton Jones). Clinton Jones was the brother of Stella (Jones) Tubbs and the husband of Bertha (Wolter) Clinton. Therefore, Bertha was Stella's sister-in-law in 1907 when she wrote the card. Bertha wrote the card about a week after her wedding to Clinton.

The card was sent to "Mrs A. C. Tubbs" (Mrs. Arthur Charles Tubbs) aka Stella Jones. After Arthur Tubbs died, Stella married Edward Wolter, the brother of Bertha. Even after Bertha's first husband (Clinton Jones) died in 1936, she still could have signed any correspondence to Stella as, "Sis" because they were still sister-in-laws despite the fact that both of them had remarried after the card above was written.

Additional evidence: Bertha's daughter Ruth was born in Butternut, Ashland, WI in 1909. From the postcard, it sounds like they were getting ready to move to Butternut. The research below which confirms these identifications.
