North York Township (12 Feb 1914)

 

Miss Rosa Sheckleman left Saturday for Jefferson where she intends to work the coming summer.

 

J.E. Dierick, who has been visiting his cousin, Mrs. S.A. Adams, returned to his home in Greenwood Tuesday.

 

Jim Gibson is visiting friends in this vicinity at present.

 

Mr. Morse sawed wood for Byron Bassett and Rollie Benedict Thursday and Friday.

 

A few of the young folks spent Friday evening with Rosa Scheckleman.

 

S.W. Bolton has been very sick the past few days.

 

George Hosier is making preparations to put a basement under his barn.

 

Miss Ruth Stei attended the teachers’ institute at Neillsville the latter part of last week.

 

Miss Sadie Palmer is visiting relatives at Loyal.

 

Henry Anderegg is getting timber out for an addition to his barn.

 

Aug. Macksam has been hauling oats to Loyal for several days, Rahm Bros. purchasing.
