Wilksman, Karen (2nd Place Typing Contest - 1959)
Karen Wilksman, sophomore student at the Owen-Withee Senior High School, won second place in the typing contest conducted throughout the state for beginning students. The competition is sponsored by a Madison Business College and conducted monthly. Students enrolled in the beginners’ class are those who began typing instructions last September.
Miss Wilksman’s instructor is Richard Allen of the commercial department and she will receive a medal in recognition of her achievement.
