Sheets, Carol L. (18? JUN 1958)

 

Miss Carol L. Sheets, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sheets, Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Norman A. Olson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Olson Sr., Curtiss, at a ceremony performed in St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church on Wednesday afternoon.

 

The Rev. T.C. Predoehl officiated.  Miss Karen Potocnik was organist.

 

AS the bride was given in marriage by her father, she wore a white waltz length gown of lace over net and satin trimmed with iridescent sequins and pearls.  Her tiara held an illusion veil, and she carried a bouquet of white carnations and orchids.

 

Mrs. Henry Dunow, Owen, was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Miss Beverly Dunow, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Otto Olson Jr., Medford.  They wore waltz length gowns of embroidered net with matching headpieces holding a short veil.  Their gowns were in lilac and mint green and they carried bouquets of green and white carnations.

 

Moira Kay Sheets was flower girl.

 

Otto Olson Jr., Medford, was best man and groomsmen were Edward Wilson Jr., Medford, and Lester Frahman, Kenosha.  Ushers were Ronald Frahman and Richard Dunow.

 

Following the ceremony a reception was held at Curtiss Hall and a dance at Dorchester Memorial Hall.

 

The bride attended Owen-Withee Senior High School and Mr. Olson the Medford High School.  He is engaged in construction work.  The couple plan to make their home in Kenosha.
