Vogel, Henry G. #2 (15 JUN 1886 - 22 OCT 1955)

 

Funeral services for Henry G. Vogel were held in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 9:30 a.m.

 

Military rites were conducted by the local American Legion post.  Members serving as pallbearers were Jesse Raab, Perry Volk, V.O. Kauffman, henry Boe, Philip Capelle, and Kenneth Weyhmiller.  Eugene Colby is post commander.  Flag bearers were Robert Lulloff and Dan Wolter.  Squad commander was Oscar Fricke and the firing squad members were George Zuehlke Jr., Roland Seeman, John A. Olsen, Wilbur Kehrberg, Leonard Kollmansberger, Edward Karpinski and Clem Esselman.

 

Henry Vogel was a sergeant in World War I and served in Europe.
