Lamovec, Judith M. (Marriage - 8 April 1961)

 

Miss Judith M. Lamovec, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank G. Lamovec, Willard, and Richard L. Bauer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bauer of Loyal, exchanged wedding bows at a 11 o’clock nuptial high Mass performed Saturday by the Rev. Aloysius Madic in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard. White carnations and stephanotis decked the church altar.

 

The bride approached the altar with her father. She was attired in a chapel-length gown fashioned of Chantilly lace over bridal bouquet taffeta. It was styled with a billowy skirt with alternate rows of lace and pleated tulle, and a lace overskirt trimmed with sequins. The fitted bodice, with a Sabrina neckline outlined with sequins and seed pearls, was complemented with traditional tapered sleeves pointed to the fitted Basque.  Her fingertip veil of silk illusion was held in place by a princess crown of pearls and crystals. She carried a white orchid.

 

Miss Patricia Gorinc was her cousin’s maid-of-honor. Brides - (missing words) a cousin, and Miss Marion Rogstad, a friend.  Mary Jean Lamovec was her junior bridesmaid.

 

Allen Bauer of Spencer was Mr. Bauer’s bestman. Roger Bender and Melvin Ayers, both of Loyal, were the ushers.

 

Mrs. Jerry Baird played the nuptial Mass, "Ava Maria" and "Mother At your Feet is Kneeling."

 

The bride a graduate of Greenwood High School, has been (balance of wedding is missing) .
