Otto, Mr. and Mrs. George (45th– 5 March 1954)

 

The children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were all present at a dinner on Saturday, March 6th to help Mr. and Mrs. George Otto celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary which was March 5th.

 

Marlene and Joyce Pieper, grandchildren, sang, "Jesus Lead the Way", the song which was sung on their grandparents wedding day.

 

Guests present for dinner and supper were: Mr. and Mrs. Orvin Litka and Gwendolyn, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Otto, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Pieper and family, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Luber and family, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Olsen and family, Mr. and Mrs. James Helm and family, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Pieper and family, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Koepke and Paul, Jr., Kohler; Mr. and Mrs. August Luber, Rev. and Mrs. Aalto and daughters, and Mrs. Ida Litka.

 

Relatives present for the evening were: Arthur Wolfe and Dale, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Wolfe and children, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Wolfe and boys, Mrs. Margaret Foelsch and Marjorie, Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Paddon, Sharon and Freddy, Milwaukee; and Mr. and Mrs. Rueben Litka and children.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Otto received many lovely cards and gifts.  Paul Koepke, Jr. of Kohler entertained the guest during the evening on his piano accordion.

 

Midnight lunch was served. The departing guests wished the honored couple many more happy wedding anniversaries.
