Witte, Wilbur W. (21 OCT 1933 - 9 NOV 2010)

Wilbur W. Witte, 77, died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at Zion Lutheran Church, Colby. The Rev. Mark Neumann will officiate. Burial will take place in the North Green Grove Cemetery.

Wilbur was born Oct. 21, 1933, the son of Richard and Bernice Witte. He was a cheese maker and retired to live in Hayward. His wife, Harolyn, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his children, Rick (Diane) Witte of Two Rivers, Peggy Ducat of Two Rivers, Debbie (Juan) Prieto of Manitowoc, Jackie (Craig) Kappleman of Denmark and Shane (Shannon) Witte of Fresno, Calif.; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
