Baronsky, Delores (Marriage - 11 May 1960)

Miss Delores Baronsky became the bride of Robert Noland Wednesday, May 11, at St. Thomas Catholic church at Milan in a ceremony read at 10:30 before a nuptial high mass. The Rev. Charles Schumacher was the officiating clergyman.

Parents of the bridal couple are Mr. and Mrs. Frank Baronsky of Abbotsford and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Noland of Medford.

The bride was attired in a floor length gown fashioned with a net skirt over taffeta, trimmed with lace. The bodice, trimmed with lace and sequins, featured a round neck line and long sleeves. A sequin trimmed crown held her fingertip veil. She carried a colonial bouquet of pink roses, white carnations and stephanotis.

Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Baronksy, brother and sister-in-law of the bride, of Dorchester. Miss Shirley Busse, friend of the bride, of Wausau, was bridesmaid, and Lester Noland, brother of the groom, was groomsman.

The bride’s attendants wore chiffon frocks made alike in ballerina length. Pink was chosen for the maid of honor and green for the bridesmaid. They wore matching head pieces and carried colonial bouquets of yellow gladioli and white carnations. Pink and white carnations made up the corsages worn by the mothers.

After the ceremony, breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents, followed by a reception. Dinner for about 50 guests was served at Jerkwater Dining Room; and in the evening, the new Mr. and Mrs. Noland greeted friends at a wedding dance at Memorial Hall, Dorchester.

Mr. and Mrs. Noland will make their home at Medford where the groom is employed at Northland Furniture Co. The bride, a graduate of the Abbotsford high school, was employed in the office of Sreckert Manufacturing Co., Inc., of Abbotsford.
