Chas Neinas of Fremont and Geo. D. Schultz of Levis, bridge committee for the south half of the county, were in the city Saturday, and examined and accepted for the county the splendid new bridge over Black River on Grand Avenue.

Gorton’s Minstrels last Wednesday night showed to a good house and were in every way pleasing to all.  Especially commendable were the songs of Chas. E. Stutzman, basso; Caspar Zarnes, tenor, and the Crescent City Quinette.
