Weinberger, Emelie (14 Mar 1863 - 18 Sept 1913)

Mrs. Oscar Weinberger passed away last Thursday evening after an illness of several months.  She was born Emelie Frankenberg and was aged 50 years, 6 months and 4 days.  She was united in marriage to B. Luethe in 1882 and had been a resident of this city for many years.  Mr. Luethe died in 1902, being survived by his wife and one son, Thermo.  On Jan. 3, 1907, Mrs. Luethe was united in marriage to Oscar Weinberger, who survives her, together with her son.

Mrs. Weinberger was a lady who was possessed of many womanly and sterling qualities.  She was kindly and charitable and her goodness of heart endeared her in the minds of a large circle of friends.  She was a conscientious mother and a faithful wife and throughout her entire life she so lived that the memory of her goodness would long survive her.

Sunday afternoon funeral services were conducted for the deceased by Rev. Risser at the residence on the north side, and Sunday evening the remains were taken to Milwaukee for cremation and the ashes will be brought back home for interment.
