Hauser, Edna L. (1892 - 7 JAN 1966)

Services were held at the Bonney Watson Broadway Chapel in Seattle, Wash., for Mrs. George W. Hauser, 73, a former Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, who died Jan. 7, 1966, in her home in Seattle.

The former Edna Lucille Burch, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward T. Burch of Greenwood, was a graduate of the Greenwood High School in 1910, and Carroll College at Waukesha.  She taught school before her marriage to Dr. George W. Hauser, a former football coach at the University of Minnesota.  After their marriage, they resided in St. Paul, Minn., and for the past six years made their home in Seattle.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Dr. Elizabeth B. Hauser and Nancy Hauser, both of Seattle.

Family Notes: George William Hauser was the son of John H. & Gertrude (Pollock) Hauser.  He was born in Iowa, Nov. 1882.
