Horn, Martha #2 (17 AUG 1898 - 3 OCT 1966)

Miss Martha Horn passed away at 7:05 a.m. Monday morning, Oct. 3^rd, 1966 at the Neillsville Memorial Hospital.  She was admitted to the hospital Aug. 2^nd, having been in ill health for the past years.

She was born Aug. 17, 1898 in the Town of Warner (Clark Co., Wis.).  She received her education in the Braun Settlement School, and in 1919 moved to Greenwood with her mother, where she did dressmaking until 1937.

Then she worked in a general store until April 1955.  From that time on she worked in a men and boys ready-to-wear store until 1965/

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and one sister.  A brother, Frank, survives in Tacoma, Wash.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, from the Zion United Church of Christ in Greenwood.  Interment will be made at the Forest Hill Cemetery, Braun Settlement.
