Carl Rudolph Frantz, a pioneer resident of Neillsville, will celebrate his 86th birthday June 15. His son-in-law and daughter will take Mr. Frantz to Duluth Saturday for a weekend celebration. They will visit his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil McLyman and return Monday.
