Gysin, Anna (9 October 1887 - 21 April 1958) 
 

Funeral services are being conducted this (Thursday) afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Bergemann Funeral Home for Mrs. Gottfried Gysin, 70, of Rt. 2, Neillsville, who died April 21 in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. Death was caused by a heart ailment.  
 

The former Anna Leiser, daughter of the late Jacob and Elizabeth (Jenni) Leiser, she was born October 9, 1887, in Bern, Switzerland.  She received her education there and on May 7, 1910, was married to Gottfried Gysin in Bern. 
 

In 1923 they came to the United States and located at Humbird.  For the past 20 years the family has resided in the Town of Hewett and Town of Seif areas. 
 

She is survived by her husband; a brother, Jacob Leiser of Milwaukee; and two sisters, Miss Emma Leiser and Mrs. Marie Weibel, both of Bern, Switzerland. 
 

The Rev. Jacob Grether of the Winnebago Children’s Home will officiate at the services.  Burial will be made in the Town of Mentor Cemetery.
