Mr. Krejci was born September 4, 1876, in Europe, and came with his parents to America.  They located on a farm in the Town of Pine Valley, later moving onto a farm in the Town of York.  His marriage to Hanna O’Brien took place November 27, 1901, at Neillsville.  They resided on the farm in the Town of York now owned by the William Embke family.

After moving to Neillsville in 1933, Mr. Krejci worked in the canning factory for several years, and for the past 30 years was employed at the City Cemetery.  He spent most of the winter with his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Krejci, in La Crosse, where he was stricken on February 13.

He is survived by two sons, Glen, and Rex Krejci of Neillsville, a sister, Mrs. Anna O’Brien of Wisconsin Rapids; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
