Krasselt, Martha Marie (29 January 1874 - 14 June 1957) 
 

Funeral services were conducted for Mrs. Ernest (Martha) Krasselt, 83, June 17 from Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. John Pfohl officiating.  Burial took place in Hillside Cemetery at Marshfield.  
 

Pallbearers were: Paul Bymers, Phillip Kurz, Milton Reinheimer, Melvin Tews, Julius Schroeder, and Charles Mueller. Floral tributes were in charge of Mrs. Paul Bymers, Mrs. Carl Ihlefeld, Mrs. Julius Schroeder, Mrs. Ed Voelker, Mrs. Robert Brett, Mrs. Donald Mueller and Mrs. Delmar Bartsch.  
 

Hymns were sung by Mrs. Ervin Noeldner and Mrs. Herman Schefus.  Miss Carol Noeldner played the organ accompaniment. 
 

The former Martha Marie Siegert died June 14, 1957, at the home of her son following a heart ailment.  She was born in Sexton, Germany, January 29, 1874, and came to this country at the age of seven years with her parents and sisters.  She was married in Joliet, Ill., May 11, 1895.  She and her husband moved to Spencer, Rt. 2, Clark County, and farmed there until 1938, when they moved to Loyal.  Since her husband’s death, which occurred January 15, 1946, she had made her home with her children. 
 

Mrs. Krasselt was a member of the Loyal Lutheran Church and was a member of its Aid while living in Loyal. 
 

She is survived by three children, Mrs. Edwin (Susie) Anderegg, Loyal; Mrs. James (Emma) Engstrom, Woodstock, Ill.; and Siegert Krasselt, Spencer, Rt. 2; a sister, Miss Helena Siegert, Marshfield; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 
 

Relatives attending the rites were: Mr. and Mrs. Siegert Krasselt and Daughters, Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Anderegg, Marvin and Marlene, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. James Engstrom, Woodstock, Ill.; Miss Helena Siegert, William Luchterhand, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Luchterhand and son, Mrs. Vera Engelhart and Mrs. Charles Woodkey, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Sternitzky and son, Mr. and Mrs. James Krasselt and sons, Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kissinger, Dale, Roger and Gary Krasselt, Chili; and Mr. and Mrs. George Krasselt and sons, Levittown, N. J.
