Soborowicz, Marlene A. (25 July 1953 - 21 December 2009) 
 

Marlene A. Soborowicz passed away unexpectedly on December 21, 2009, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the age of 56. 
 

She was born on July 25, 1953, in Stanley, the youngest daughter of the late Victor and Lottie Soborowicz. 
 

She graduated from Thorp High School in 1971 and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1984. 
 

She loved to travel, visiting Poland and England with her sisters.  She was an excellent cook and a dedicated employee of Dairyland Seed in West Bend for the past 18 years, where she worked as a programmer/Analyst. 
 

She is survived by three sisters: Frances Zurakowski, Valeria (Vernon) Lewandowski, and Lucy (Roger) Hoffman, all of Thorp; three brothers: Anton Soborowicz, Jackson, Wisconsin, Joseph (Donna) Soborowicz, Monteverdi, Florida, and Rich (Amy) Soborowicz, Covington, Washington.  Included in survivors are many nieces and nephews.  
 

She was preceded in death by her late father, Victor, and mother, Lottie, and also an older brother, Ray, last December. 
 

A service was held on January 9, 2010, in Milwaukee.
