Domine, Mildred  (26 SEPT. 1917- 09 NOV. 1946)

 

A requiem high mass for Mrs. Lawrence Domine, 29, who was killed in a train-truck crash at Spencer on Nov. 9, was held at St. Anthony’s Catholic church here on Wednesday, Nov. 13. The Rev. Fr. Aloys Zinthefer officiated.

 

Mrs. Domine, the former Mildred Pischer, was born at Colunbus on Sept. 26, 1917. The daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Alvin Pischer, she married Lawrence Domine of Loyal at St. Anthony’s church on Oct. 18. 1933. Two sons, Donald, 12, and Lawrence, 10, were born to this union.

 

The deceased is survived by husband, her two sons, her parents and two sisters.

 

Pallbearers were Arthur Domine, Emanuel Domine, Franklin Domine, Bernard Schwellenbach, Tony Shober and Edward Shupe.

 

Those from away who attended the funeral were: Al;vin Pischer and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Christianson of Wisconsin Rapid, Dan Pischer and Hilda Woodward of Chicago; Arthur and Franklin Domine, Clara Anthony, Mr. and Mrs. William Hagen and Mr. and Mrs.Hilton Kurth of Milwaukee; Ella and Nora Pischer of Portland, Ore.; Mr. and Mrs. Oswald Pischer of Granton; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Pischer of Neillsville; and Mrs. Mathilda Bauer of Germantown.
