Campbell, William W. (29 May 1878 - 24 December 1953) 
 

William W. Campbell, 75, a native of Clark County, died Dec. 24 at his home on W. 9th Street in Marshfield.  Funeral services were held December 27 from the First Methodist Church with the Rev. Robert Trobaugh officiating.  Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery. 
 

He was born May 29, 1878, in the Town of York, and was married to Anna Hales in 1903.  She preceded him in death in 1947.  Mr. Campbell was a resident of Clark County until 9 years ago when he moved to Marshfield. 
 

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Tom (Grace) Kennedy, Chicago, and Mrs. Frank (Orpah) Rogers of Marshfield; four brothers, Perry, Charles and Raymond, all of the state of Washington, and Roy of Oregon.
