Friends were recently notified of the death of Mrs. John Hoge, 85, formerly of this community. She and her husband lived on a farm in Mayville about 10 years ago when they retired and moved to Abbotsford. 
 

Mr. Hoge died in the fall of 1948 after which his wife went to live with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Reichman, at Milwaukee, where she died about two weeks ago. Funeral services and burial took place at Milwaukee.
