Sebold, Anna (17 Oct. 1870 - 16 Apr. 1954) 
 

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Sebold, 83, who died at 3:00 a.m. Friday at an Oshkosh hospital, were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Louis’ church, Dorchester. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Thomas Hayden officiated and burial was made in the Dorchester cemetery. 
 

Mrs. Sebold, nee Skerbeck, was born on Oct. 17, 1870, in Austria, and when she was 18 years old came to America and settled on a farm two and one-half miles north of Dorchester. 
 

On Nov. 5, 1890, she was married to Wolfgang Sebold. She was a member of St. Louis’ Catholic church and its Christian Mothers’ Society. 
 

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Herman (Mary) Behrens, Iron Mountain, Mich.; Mrs. Guy (Ann) Crane and Mrs. Glen (Tillie) Lincoln, both of Oshkosh; Sister M. Theodine, La Crosse; and Mrs. Alfred (Helen) Kramer, Dorchester; four sons, Joseph, Louis, Herman, and Max Sebold, all of Dorchester; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Lapp and Mrs. Amanda Karrup, Wautoma; and Mrs. Pearl Wight, River Falls; three brothers, Joseph and Gus Skerbeck, Dorchester; and Frank Skerbeck, Iron River; 22 grand children, and 21 great grand children.  
 

Her husband, a son, a daughter, a brother and a sister preceded her in death.
