Wilding, William H. #3 (29 DEC 1866 - 15 DEC 1909)

William H. Wilding died last Wednesday evening at Chippewa Falls, aged 42 years, 11 months and 16 days.  The body was brought here (Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.) for burial last Sunday at the Pleasant Ridge Church, Rev. Mallory of Stevens Point officiating.  The remains were interred in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery at the side of his mother and father.  Mr. Wilding is survived by two brothers, Myron and George, and two half-brothers, Jesse and Arthur, and a half-sister, Miss Martha.

Mr. Wilding was born on the Ridge, a son of Mr. and Mrs. George Wilding.  In his early youth he gave promise of growing into a fine man, for he was bright and intelligent in his studies and had a kindly and generous disposition.  At the age of 12 years he became afflicted with epilepsy and was a sufferer from this disease until the time of his death.  At the times when he was not suffering from the disease he was a pleasant and intelligent companion, and he made many friends at the home where he was being cared for.
