Christmas dinner guests at the Morris Mantor home were Mr. and Mrs. Ed Grauman and family, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Brehm and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Brehm and family, of Colby, and Mrs. Meta Wellman and son, Ervin, of Abbotsford, Wis.

Sgt. Harold Kuehnast arrived from Chanute Field, Ill., and will be here until New Year’s day.

The Misses Emma Larson, Wausau, and Mabel Larson, Menasha, came Friday to spend two weeks Christmas vacation with their mother, Mrs. Lars Larson, and brother, Martin.

Mrs. Chester Brown, Milwaukee, came Wednesday and will spend the New Year’s week end with her father, E. F. Kuehnast, and other relatives.

A holiday get together of the parents and sisters and brothers of Mrs. Arvid Carlson was held at the Carlson home Wednesday. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. John Schwartz and daughter, Selma, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Schwartz and family and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brockhaus and family, of Colby, and the Lawrence Carlson children of Abbotsford, Wis.

Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Reichersamer and family spent Sunday at Stratford with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sievert, and family.

Miss Edna Kuehanst came Saturday from Milwaukee to spend her Christmas vacation at the home of her brother, E. F. Kuehnast.

A group of friends helped Miss Mary Bumann celebrate her birthday anniversary which occurred Dec. 24, at her home, Tuesday afternoon. Her guests were the Misses Lynda and Karen Schraufnagel, Linda Watson, June Hodd, Mary Lu Hopperdietzel, and Jean Bumann.
