A special meeting of Joint District No. 1, of the village of Abbotsford, towns of Mayville, Colby, Holton and Hull, was held at the high school on November 14, at 8:15 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to vote on an addition to the high school building.

The meeting was called to order by the director. Mr. H. J. Amacher. Herbert Juneau was elected chairman.

The necessity and advisability of the building a gym, kitchen, dining room and making available a department in the high school building for industrial arts was explained in detail to the voters by the principal and school board.

After some discussion, a vote was taken, the result of which showed 102 in favor of said addition and 11 opposed.

Since there was no further business, the meeting adjourned.

V. B Hemphill, Dist. Clerk.
