Winslow, Armilla (10 NOV 1951)

St. Katherine’s Episcopal Church was the scene of a ceremony which united Armilla Winslow, daughter of Mrs. Ella Bangle, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), and James C. Clark, Withee (Clark Co.), son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Schulze of Owen, in marriage. Dr. K. O. Crosby performed the 2:00 o’clock ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 10, 1951.

The bride, given in marriage by her brother, Alvin Bangle, was attired in a light gray suit complemented with lavender accessories and an orchid corsage.

Mrs. Alvin Bangle, serving as matron of honor, and Mrs. Orlando Bangle as bridesmaid, wore suits of beige and dark gray respectively. Both attendants had black and white accessories and wore corsages of red roses and white mums.

Acting as best man was Claude Wilson, friend of the groom, with Orlando Bangle as groomsman. The groom and his attendants were dressed in gray and blue business suits respectively.

A 3:30 reception was held at the Community Hall where guests from Owen, Withee, Marshfield, Curtiss, Loyal, Camp McCoy and Waukegan, Ill., attended. Later in the evening a dance was held at the Atwood Hall.

The bride is a graduate of the Owen High School. The groom, a graduate of Fort Wayne, Indiana High School is employed by the Western Condensing Co. The couple will make their home in Withee.
