Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Parks returned this week from Goodrich where they had spent the winter months and are back in the upstairs apartment in the Frank Kadonsky house, east of the high school.

Mrs. Ella Wesley and daughter, Florence, Mr. and Mrs. Ivor Johnson and daughter, Mary Jane, of Medford, spent Monday evening at the homes of Mrs. Edith Kramer and Miss Lelah Le Claire.

On April 1, Chet Knight had completed 10 years as station attendant at the Thomson Oil company.

Mr. and Mrs. Norman Miller and son, Norman, Jr., visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Miller, and her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Patrie and family at Eau Claire, Wednesday.

Mrs. Tillie Dietz is leaving tonight for Milwaukee to attend the wedding of her niece. She plans to be gone a week.

Mrs. Allen Armstrong left Tuesday morning with Mr. and Mrs. Ben Lemle for Akron, Ohio. The Lemles had been here to see about the repairs on their summer home, damaged in the recent flood at Lake Arbutus.

Mr. and Mrs. H. F. Moberg and daughter, Carol, and Mrs. Cliff Moberg and daughter, Virginia, visited at the Emil Kolstad home at Greenwood, Saturday.

Seven tables at cards were in play at the party sponsored by the Social Corner’s Homemakers’ club at the Royal Neighbor hall, Thursday evening. High scores were won by Mrs. Jack Weideman and William Bogaard; *** Note: The remainder of this article was missing.
