Hanneman, Emil (1 Sept. 1891 - 25 Apr. 1941)

Funeral services for Emil Hanneman, Town of Frankfort, who died Friday were held Monday afternoon at two o’clock at the Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby, Wis. The Rev. Harry Lee officiated at the services. Internment followed in the Abbotsford cemetery.

Pallbearers were four brothers: Richard, Otto, Herman and Henry and John and James Komarek. Nieces and nephews carried the floral tributes.

Emil Hanneman was born Sept. 1, 1891 in the Town of Frankfort. On May 21, 1928 he was united in marriage to Miss Mabel Hanson at St. Paul, Minn., and then came to their home on the farm in the Town of Frankfort, where they lived until the time of Mr. Hanneman’s death.

Mr. Hanneman had been a patient at the St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. After his return home complications set in and four days later, on Friday he died of pneumonia and heart failure.

He leaves to mourn him his widow, two step children, son James of San Francisco, Calif., and daughter, Fae, at home. Four brothers survive him: Richard of Athens, Herman of Edgar, Richard of Athens and Otto and Henry of Milan. One daughter preceded him in death in infancy.
