The Wood Settlement

Corn planting is nearly completed.

Walter Fox drove to Warrens Saturday.

L. Shaw has moved into Mrs. H E. Wood's home.

Born, May, 18, to Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Steele, a girl.

J. B. Jorgeson and son are building a barn for J. Hill.

Mr, and Mrs. Anderson spent Sunday at Shennington.

There was a jolly time at the dance at J. E. Fox's last week.

Hoffhine and Bennett made a flying trip to Tomah, Thursday.

A. J. Wood delivered one hundred dollars worth of stock to Tunnel City Monday.

Dr. H. H. Sherwood of Tomah and F. C. Warren of Valley Junction were driving on, our streets Wednesday.

C. F. Winkler of Hustler, representing the C. H. Haton Co., Camp Douglas was doing business here this week. He sold A. C. Anderson an Empire Cream Separator.
