Panetti, Sophie (29 September 1865 - 3 January 1951)

Funeral services for Mrs. Sophie Panetti, 85, who died at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Baughman, Greenwood, were held on Saturday at Jump River. Mrs. Panetti was a resident of Jump River but made her home during the winter months with the Baughman’s. She died on Wednesday. Burial was made at Mt. Nebo Cemetery at Jump River.

Mrs. Panetti, nee Asmun, was born September 29, 1865, at Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She married Louis Panetti in 1885. In 1900 they came to Jump River, where they made their home since.

Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Baughman, another daughter, Mrs. Dan (Caroline) Boekler of Sheldon; and three sons, Walter of Jump River, David of Lancaster, and Phillip of Greenwood.
