Frantz, Mr./Mrs. George (50th - 15 NOV 1905)

Yesterday was the golden wedding of Mr. and Mrs. George Frantz of Washburn (Clark Co., Wis.), but for the main part of their lives of Pine Valley, where they cleared the big farm now owned by Mr. Simmons, and the small army of all their relatives and a larger army of friends put in a good share of the day and night helping them celebrate. They date back as Clark County settlers nearly the full 50 years. Details of the celebration cannot be given, but no doubt they will be loaded up with appropriate presents that will gladden the balance of their days.
