Richard Wargolet left for Milwaukee Thursday, after spending two weeks vacation with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Tomkowiak.

Mrs. Melvin Parkhill of Marshfield spent Wednesday at the Deauchamp home here.

Dr. and Mrs. C. C. Clemens and daughter, Carmen of Oshkosh, and Dr. and Mrs. Howard Kawish of Newport, Ky., visited at the Dr. McNown home last week. Dr. Clemens served as chief of the Station Hospital Dental Clinic at Camp Bowie, Texas.

Mr. and Mrs. Martin Tomkowiak and grandson spent Sunday evening at the Joe Rogalski home at Reseburg.

Mrs. Hannah Miller and son of Stanley were Sunday visitors at the Jos. Deauchamp home.

Mrs. C. B. Lane was honored by the Woman’s Society for Christian Service at a party at Mrs. William McNown’s home on July 15th.

Susie Lane spent the weekend in Chetek visiting Donna Larsen.

Bernice Barth spent two weeks at the W. H. Krause residence.

Mr. and Mrs. Lester Binning spent Sunday at Northwood County Park, where they attended a Standard Oil picnic.

Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Leibole of Bismarck, N.D., and W. H. Leibole of Wenatchee, Wash., are visiting their mother, Mrs. Henry Leibole.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Verkuilen and family, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Koedziej and family of Worden and Marie and Pauline of Chicago, spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Mike Kaminski and family in Reseburg.

On Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Plansky and children visited Mrs. Peter Mathiesen at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital.
