Nick Gierl was a patient at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Ben Perske of Wausau spent Sunday afternoon at the ? Borchert.

Mr. and Mrs. Garry Schmidt spent the week-end with relatives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mr. and Mrs. William Sedlack spent the week-end with relatives in Hibbing, Minn.

A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Cole at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital September 30.

A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. James Hauser at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital September 29.

Mrs. Annie Piper of Chilton was a guest of Mrs. Anthony L. Schemmer over the week-end.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wolk of West Allis spent the week-end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Dix.

Dr. Frank Bauer of Los Angeles, Calif., spent the past week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William A. Bauer.

Mr. and Mrs. Don C. Borchert and son, Stephen, of Mason City, Iowa, spent the week-end at the Carl Borchert home.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Witt spent the week-end with relatives in Milwaukee and also attended a Braves ball game.

Mr. and Mrs. Peter Gries of Sheboygan, former Colby residents, spent several days with relatives in Colby and Spencer.

Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Waldhart and daughter of Appleton visited several days with the former’s mother, Mrs. Edna Waldhart.

Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Bauer of Weyauwega spent the week-end with the former’s sisters, Mrs. A. F. Zillmer and Miss Rena Bauer.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Becker spent the week-end in Burlington, Milwaukee and other points in Southern Wisconsin with relatives.

Mrs. Ivan Larson and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Larson of Marshfield were Tuesday evening visitors at the Wallace Sossaman home.

Mr. and Mrs. William Stecker of New Richmond were weekend guests at the home of the former’s brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Meyer.

Mr. and Mrs. Everett Mossing and children of West Bend spent the week-end with the former’s mother, Mrs. Claudia Mossing. The latter accompanied them on the return to West Bend where she will visit several weeks.

Arnold Fink returned to Concordia College, St. Paul, Minn., after spending the week-end at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Fink, and helping his grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Schulte, celebrate their golden wedding anniversary.

Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Lassleben and son, Phillip, of Whittier, Calif., who spent the month of September in Northern Wisconsin, also visited their aunts, Mrs. Rena Bauer and Mrs. Emma Zillmer of Colby, Wis. They left for their home Saturday.

Joan and Jerry Block, accompanied by Rey Miller, spent the week-end in Chicago where Jerry enrolled in DeVry Technical College for Electronics. They also visited Joan’s and Jerry’s aunt, Mrs. Emily Clark, in Chicago, Ill. They returned home Sunday evening.
