Mrs. Anna Ohman of Elkhorn, Wis., and Julius Sorenson, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), exchanged vows at a lovely matrimonial ceremony performed at four o’clock, Saturday afternoon, March 27th, 1948, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. V. A. Emilson, 1824 Strong Ave., Beloit, Wis. The Rev. Walter W. Holliday, pastor of the Elkhorn Methodist Church, read the nuptial service.

Attending the couple were the bride’s sister and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. V. A. Emilson.

For the occasion the bride chose a light blue gabardine dressmaker suit and wore a pale pink camellia corsage. Her attendant wore a ligh blue and black print dress enhanced by a corsage of pink carnations.

That evening a buffet supper was served a the home of Mr. and Mrs. B. A. Emilson for the immediate families of the couple.

The bride has been employed for the past four years by the Holton Band Instrument Co. at Elkhorn, while Mr. Sorenson, a resident of the city of Owen for the past 12 years, is an employee of the Soo Line Railway Co.

Among the out of town guests that attended the ceremony were: Mr. and Mrs. John Thompson and son Robert, John Ohman and son Loren, and Mrs. W. W. Holliday.
