Funeral services for Mrs. Jason Cook, 82, were held on Friday, March 17, 1950, from the Methodist Church in Loyal. Burial was made in the Loyal Cemetery. She died at her home on Tuesday.

Mrs. Cook, the former Marion Borden, was born March 13, 1868, in the Town of Loyal. There she received her education and was married to Jason Cook on June 22, 1883. He died in 1904.

Surviving are two sons, Elwin of Loyal, and Price of Grassy Butte, Mont.; two daughters, Mrs. John (Belle) Mengel of Wibaux, Mont., and Mrs. Victor (Elsie) Ivie of Lincoln Acres, Cal., and two sisters.
