Army Pvt. Gerald L. Klessig, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Klessig, who recently began six months of active military training under the Reserve Forces Act program at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., is receiving eight weeks of basic combat unit training. Men volunteering for the RFA program are permitted to finish their military obligation in local Army Reserve or National Guard units. Gerald is a 1952 graduate of Colby High School.
