The weather has been fine this week.

William Cripe was in Thorp Tuesday.

Ernest Johnson is blasting stumps this week on the Copinheifer road.

The infant daughter of O.W. Henderson was very ill Tuesday.

The sheriff was seen in Worden one day this week. Chas. Millard is on the sick list.

James Henderson and Joel Cripe have purchased new wagons.

Mrs. Hammond made a flying trip to Stanley Tuesday afternoon.

Mrs. Nora Winkler was the guest of Emma Neyhart Friday.

Ernest Johnson purchased a cow of Lee Henderson. Bessie Winkler was a guest of Mrs. Faitha Herderson Thursday.

John Shilts and family were at Eldsvold Thursday night.

The lumber haulers of Worden are busy hauling the lumber to town the past few weeks.

Charles Neyhart, Jesse Rippert and Hank Clark were roofing a barn for Mr. Baldin Thursday afternoon.

On account of the rain storm and high water the young Methodist minister was unable to get to Worden to preach Sunday afternoon.
