Rodolf, M. C. (? - 22 December 1947)

Funeral services for M. C. Rodolf, 55, prominent Tulsa, Okla. attorney, were held Wednesday December 24, (1947). He died on Monday as a result of a heart attack.

Mr. Rodolf, son-in-law of Mrs. W. L. Hemphill of Neillsville, was born at Balmeral, Wis. He attended Carroll College and the University of Wisconsin. For a short time before entering the university he was vice-president of a milling and construction company in New Mexico. He served in the 165th Depot Brigade in World War I, and was discharged in 1919 with the rank of captain. He enjoyed a wide interest in sports and served as vice-president and counsel for the Tulsa club of both the Western and Texas baseball leagues.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Frances Hemphill Rodolf, two daughters, Mrs. Hubert Brooks, Rancho Santa Fe, Cal., and Mrs. Lingo Platter, Houston, Tex.; a son, John Rodolf, Chicago; a brother and four grandchildren.
