Mr. and Mrs. Otto Mueller and daughter, Virginia, Milwaukee, and Mr. and Mrs. Truman Austin and daughter, Doris, Tomah, were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Alva Howard.

Jack True returned last Wednesday from Minneapolis where he visited relatives. His hand, which was badly cut several weeks ago, is healed enough to allow Jack to assist with the haying on the farm of his uncle, Ben Beeckler.

Mrs. Ethel Geisler came up from Chicago to spend several weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Howard.

Sam Smith and daughter, Mrs. Walter Henricks, Milwaukee, were weekend guests of his sister, Mrs. Solon Davis and family. Other guests at the Davis home Sunday were: Mr. and Mrs. Geroge Brown and family, Greenwood; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Lawrence, Neillsville. Mrs. Davis is recovering from a fall which occurred in her home four weeks ago.

Miss Alma Pusheck, La Grange, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Fred Grottke and son, Lynn; and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Pusheck and family, Chili, were dinner guests of Mrs. L. E. Moh and family, Sunday.

Miss Gladys Wage has rented her house to Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wegner, Lynn. At present Miss Wage is staying with her sister, Mrs. F. W. Winn.

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Smith of Milwaukee are spending a few days here with her sisters, the Misses Beeckler.

Miss Faye Quicker, who is employed in Milwaukee, and Miss Margaret Beeckler, who is employed in Stevens Point, spent the holiday weekend with their respective parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Quicker, and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Beeckler.
