Pvt. and Mrs. Maynard Olson and family spent a week here with Mrs. Olson’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Thomas, leaving for Merrillan Friday for a visit with relatives. They were accompanied to Merrillan by Mrs. Thomas, who spent the day there. Pvt. Olson is on furlough from St. Louis, Mo. Mrs. Olson and children are living with her brother in Loyal for the duration.
