Reshel, Randy A. (26 July 1957 - 5 April 2008)

Randy A. Reshel, 50, of Granton died April 5, 2008, in the Town of Sherwood.

He was born July 26, 1957, in Neillsville to Clarence and Beverly (Bunce) Reshel. He received his education in the Pittsville Schools, graduating in 1975. He married Connie Mueller April 7, 1990, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Pittsville.

He was employed at Evans Cranberry Co. until 2002. Since April of 2002, Randy and Connie have owned and operated R & C Roadhouse in the Town of Sherwood. Randy enjoyed fishing and hunting with his son and playing pool, darts and horseshoes. He was an avid Packer fan. Randy was a wonderful husband and a great father who will be dearly missed by his family.

He is survived by his wife, Connie; one son Logan Reshel of Granton; his mother, Beverly Reshel of City Point; two sisters, Maureen (Gene) Swenson of Cedar Grove and Kristine (Monte) Pralle of City Point.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Sandy, in 1983; one brother, Scott, in 1998; and his father Clarence Reshel, in 2003.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 13, at Buchanan Funeral Home, Pittsville, with Chaplain Virgil Voight presiding. The family will greet friends from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Funeral Home. Burial will take place in the City Point Cemetery.

Those we love don’t go away.

They walk beside us every day.

Unseen, unheard, but always near.

So loved, so missed so very dear.
