GUSTAV BAHN PASSES AWAY IN CHICAGO

Gustav A. Bahn, former resident of Abbotsford, passed away in Chicago Saturday, Dec. 5, 1931. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at two o’clock in the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church and interment made in Concordia Cemetery in that city.

The wife, Minnie Bahn, nee Grambort, three daughters, Mrs. Laura Akerly, Mrs. Hilda Hults and Mrs. Agatha Louden, and two sons, Arthur and Albert, are left to mourn.

Mr. Bahn was an early settler in this community and at one time resided on a farm north-east of the village later moving to the village where he and Mrs. Bahn made their home until about five years ago when they moved to Chicago.

Mr. Bahn was a very active member of the local Lutheran church while here and took a deep interest in the construction of the present church building of that congregation.

The Tribune joins with their many friends here in extending sympathy to the bereaved family.
