Moore, Joseph (19 Nov. 1884 - 1 Jan. 1954)

Joseph Moore died of a heart attack in Wisconsin Rapids at the age of 69 years. Funeral services were held in that city Monday at the Taylor Funeral Home, Rev. W. Sautebin officiating, and internment was made in the Abbotsford cemetery. Nephews served as pall bearers.

Mr. Moore was born in the town of Hull, Marathon county. He married Hulda Hungerford at Abbotsford on May 5, 1906, and lived there all his life until eight years ago when the couple to Wisconsin Rapids.

Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Donal (Vivian) Colby of La Crosse and Mrs. James (Colleen) Berlin of Wisconsin Rapids; two brothers, Roy of Port Edwards and Obed of Marinette, four sisters, Mrs. Joseph Hart of Stevens Point, Mrs. Ward Brown of Menominee, Mich., Mrs. Charles Brown of Abbotsford and Mrs. Charles Hebert of Kakima, Wash.; four grand children. One daughter, two sisters and one brother preceded him in death.
