Guinn, Anna M. (28 APR 1887 - 12 FEB 1941)

Anna Marie Hansel Guinn was born April 28, 1887 at Osterdock, Iowa and died Feb. 12, 1941 at Hannibal, Wis., at the age of 53 years, 9 months and 15 days.

She was married Oct. 10, 1913 at Stanley, Wis., to Wm. A. Guinn. To this union 2 sons were born, Harry, St. Paul, Minn., Walter A. Guinn, Gilman, Wis.

Those left to mourn are: William A. Guinn, husband, Hannibal, Wis., Harry J. Guinn, Son, St. Paul, Minn., Walter A. Guinn, son, Gilman, Wis., James W. Guinn, grandson, Gilman, Wis.; two brothers, Fred J. Hansel, Cutleport, Iowa, James E. Hansel, Colesburg, Iowa; five sisters, Marth J. Kulper, Garber, Iowa, Hattie B. Guinn, Arcadia, Florida, Bertha F. Moser, Suttenberg, Iowa, Pearl E. Moser, Elkport, Iowa, Ona D. Kulper, Colesburg, Iowa.

Mrs. Guinn was an active member of the Presbyterian Church at Hannibal, Wis., and for many years a member of the Ladies Aid Society of that church. She was very faithful in all community work.

Her life was a blessing in the village and rural community. She suffered very much during the last years of her life, but was faithful and patient to the end. A loyal Christian wife and mother has gone on to a rich reward.

The remains were transported to Colesburg, Iowa, by the Bogumill Funeral Home Directors, and services were conducted by Rev. George C. Fisher at the funeral home there. Interment was made in the Bethel Cemetery.
